Buddakan Restaurant

WFW provided full MEP design services for the construction of two new restaurants, Continental and Buddakan, located in Atlantic City, NJ. Both restaurants are part of the Philadelphia based Starr Restaurant Organization chain, and are owned and operated by acclaimed restauranteur Stephen Starr. Both are located on the third floor of the "Pier at Ceasar's", a newly renovated, upscale entertainment and retail complex formerly known as Ocean One Pier. The two new restaurants are similarly themed to the original Continental and Buddakan restaurants, both located in Philadelphia, PA. Design challenges included the integration of a shared kitchen for both restaurants, which although located adjacent to each other, have radically different menus and operating hours.
