Wick Fisher White designed the engineering systems for a $15 million dollar Performing Arts Center for Shippensburg University which includes a 300 person black box theatre, a 2000 seat performing arts auditorium and all the associated backstage and support areas.

Davis Center for Athletics and Fitness
Wick Fisher White designed the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and fire alarm systems for the new 3-story, 55,000 square-foot Davis Center for Athletics and Fitness. The new Davis Center is located next to the Pavilion and is the main practice facility for both the men's and women's basketball teams. The new facility contains two practice courts, locker rooms, a weight room, a cinema and the offices for the coaches and support staff. A new fitness center for the general student population is located on the third floor above the men's practice court.

The Pavilion
The original heating and cooling systems for the Pavilion were installed in the 1980s and needed replacement. During the construction of the adjacent Davis Center, Wick Fisher White designed new heating and cooling systems that would meet the heating, cooling and domestic hot water needs for both the Pavilion and the Davis Center. Two new air-cooled chillers and a new steam-to-hot water heat exchanger were installed in the Pavilion with dedicated underground chilled and hot water piping mains feeding the Davis Center.

Wick Fisher White completed the following projects for Rowan University,

Calcia Hall
WFW is in the process of designing HVAC systems to Calcia Hall. The HVAC systems
will have to be upgraded to provide several items, including improved comfort
conditions, improved indoor air quality, and continuing use of the building
during construction. This upgrade will have to be accomplished in phases,
since the building will remain occupied during construction.
Partridge Hall
The Partridge Hall HVAC system upgrades are needed because of increased internal
loads from electronic equipment, increased ventilation loads from current
mechanical codes, and the age and inefficiency of the existing equipment.
The four-story classroom building will be renovated on a phased schedule,
one floor at a time, starting with the top floor. In this way, the new air
handling units can be erected on the roof, and the ductwork extended down
through the building in a logical fashion.
