Wick Fisher White provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the fit-out of 70,000 square feet of space on three floors of One Commerce Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the global accounting firm Ernst & Young. The fit-out space included a reception area, open and enclosed offices, multiple conference/team rooms, a lunch room, a reproduction suite, and MDF/IDF server rooms. The project acheived LEED Silver Certification, and the MEP systems were designed to help Ernst & Young achieve this goal. In addition to providing design services, Wick Fisher White is also served as the project’s commissioning agent. Construction began in September of 2011 and was completed January of 2012.
